No, all work orders are made online and completed within 24-48 hours.

Yes, $100,000 limited liability insurance is required, and personal property coverage is recommended. 

Cable and Internet are provided to you by Spectrum.

You have two options to break your lease which will be reviewed and chosen at time of lease.

We take care of water setup for you. To setup electric you wll call Duke Energy.
